Job Title: Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Description: The Solutions Architect will develop bespoke deployment and integration solutions for strategic customers across the MECCA region.

Job Category: IT – Software Development / Fintech / Blockchain / Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to value creation and solution development to achieve the technical win
• Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products
• Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team for feature development
• Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in a way that inspires audience confidence; become a trusted technical advisor to internal and external customers
• Partner with the Sales team to grow foothold with public sector customers and prospects (law enforcement, defense, justice, civilian government)
• Identify and highlight business opportunities; provide guidance on technical challenges from high-level architecture to code implementation
• Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience building custom deployment plans for SaaS products
• Technical generalist background comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, and Kubernetes/Docker/containerization
• Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
• Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies
• Fluency in English
• Prior security clearance is a plus
• Experience working with or directly selling to the Public Sector (law enforcement, defense, justice) is preferred
• Proficiency in Python/REST API integrations/SQL databases preferred
