Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Description: As a Software Engineer at the Middle East’s #1 expense management fintech platform, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the technology infrastructure that powers a platform trusted by over 2,000 businesses and backed by top global investors. You will contribute to reimagining how finance works for modern businesses — building scalable, reliable, and secure fintech systems at startup speed with top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the technology infrastructure powering a leading expense management and corporate payments fintech platform
• Develop scalable, reliable, and secure backend and frontend systems supporting the platform’s UAE and KSA operations
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data teams on feature delivery for expense management and payment products
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices for a regulated fintech environment
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and code review processes
• Integrate with banking APIs, payment rails, and corporate card infrastructure for expense management features
• Monitor system performance and reliability — proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
• Contribute to building technology that reimagines how finance works for modern businesses across the Middle East

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven software engineering experience building scalable fintech, SaaS, or payments platform products
• Strong proficiency in relevant backend and frontend technologies for fintech application development
• Experience integrating banking APIs, payment systems, or corporate financial infrastructure preferred
• Understanding of fintech security requirements and regulated technology standards
• Collaborative engineering approach with ability to contribute to high-performance startup engineering teams
• Passion for fintech, financial technology, and reimagining how finance works for businesses
