Job Title: Senior Technology Lead – Lending

Job Description: Lead major lending initiatives across digital banking, BaaS, and embedded finance for a forward-thinking digital banking group

Responsibilities:*

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams within lending
• Set architectural direction across microservices, APIs, cloud-native systems, and DevOps
• Drive innovation across AI/ML, open banking, automation, and platform efficiency
• Uplift engineering culture through mentorship, delivery ownership, and modern practices

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years in software engineering from a fintech or bank, including 3+ years in technical leadership
• Strong depth across distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and scalable architectures
• Track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, agile environments
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to influence at both technical and business levels
