Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – B2B Fintech (Outbound)

Job Description: seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Dubai focused on outbound B2B sales. The role drives outbound sales across targeted markets requiring a strong outbound B2B sales track record and strong commercial judgement and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound B2B sales across targeted UAE and MENA markets for 3S Money’s international banking and payment solutions
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach, networking, and cold outreach strategies
  • Present 3S Money’s international banking and payment platform to senior finance, treasury, and commercial decision-makers at target businesses
  • Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation, contract close, and client activation
  • Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline through consistent outbound activity
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets — contributing measurably to 3S Money’s Dubai and MENA revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale
  • Provide market intelligence on the UAE B2B international payments landscape and competitive dynamics

Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong outbound B2B sales track record — required; candidates without outbound B2B sales experience will not be considered
  • Strong commercial judgement and consultative sales skills for complex, value-based B2B financial services sales
  • Proven experience in fintech, international payments, banking, or financial services B2B sales
  • Understanding of UAE and MENA B2B international payment needs and FX/cross-border payment products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for senior finance stakeholder engagement
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable driving consistent outbound sales activity
