Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Relationship Manager at Bank Albilad, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and driving long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients, understanding their financial needs.
• Promote banking products, including corporate lending, treasury services, trade finance, and cash management.
• Lead client meetings, negotiate terms, and coordinate with product specialists to deliver solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of relationship management or corporate banking experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong network of corporate and institutional clients across key industries.
• Proven track record of growing portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
