Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will facilitate the development, improvement, and growth of the Diamond & Jewellery, Gold, and Bullion segment business, managing a portfolio of corporate clients and setting up products like Gold Metal Loans (GML) and Pre-Settlement Risk (PSR) [citation:7].

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio with existing D&J, Gold, and Corporate clients, growing banking relationships profitably and in line with business growth targets.
• Facilitate setting up/improving GML and PSR product setup and implementation, including periodic internal training for relevant teams.
• Identify, solicit, and acquire new corporate clients in line with approved strategies for Assets, Liabilities, Trade, and Treasury.
• Manage a team of Assistant Relationship Managers, providing professional advice and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications Needed:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with at least 60% of those years in the Gold and Bullion market.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
• Experience in setting up a Bullion desk is essential, along with corporate acumen and the ability to prepare plans and strategies.
• The ability to forge close relationships with external constituents as a senior representative of the bank.
