Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager, you will expand the bank’s base of Affluent, High-Net-Worth, and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients by acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) relationships through external and internal channels, delivering on key sales KPIs and ensuring best-in-class service [citation:1].

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new-to-bank Elite Banking clients through external and internal channels and sources.
• Engage actively with clients of identified potential, such as those with salaries above a defined threshold, to convert them into funded Elite Banking relationships.
• Assist clients in opening Elite Banking accounts and ensure complete KYC and onboarding details for all new clients.
• Attract a client base interested in the comprehensive value proposition offered by CBD, including Wealth Management.

Qualifications Needed:

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field with CISI/SCA qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in acquiring Affluent and High-Net-Worth clients (Banking, Wealth Management, SME) or in investment products (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Securities, Equities, Insurance).
• The ability to keep abreast of the current economic environment and markets to interact effectively with prospective clients.
