Job Title: Senior Product Designer (Trading / Fintech)

Job Description: Looking for a Senior Product Designer in Dubai. The role is described as the creative and strategic force behind products used by traders worldwide — requiring significant product design experience for trading and fintech platforms with a non-hand-holding, ownership-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product design for NEXT Ventures’ trading and fintech products — serving as the creative and strategic design force behind products used by traders worldwide
• Own end-to-end product design across UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI production
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver trader-centric product experiences across NEXT Ventures’ trading platforms
• Drive design thinking and UX standards across product development — defining design systems, component libraries, and visual language
• Conduct user research with traders to validate design decisions and identify usability improvements
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for engineering implementation
• Lead design reviews and critique sessions — maintaining high design quality and consistency across all product surfaces
• Mentor junior designers and build a strong design culture within NEXT Ventures’ product team

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant product design experience with proven track record designing complex trading, fintech, or financial services products
• Deep UX/UI expertise with strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work for trading or financial technology platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and design system management
• Self-directed, ownership-driven approach — not a hand-holding role; requires significant independent design leadership
• Experience designing for professional trading platforms, CFD products, or fintech user experiences preferred
• Open to relocation to Dubai; strong consideration for candidates in Dubai or Malaysia
