Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer / Reporting Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior Power BI Developer and Reporting Specialist at a specialist AI and data consultancy with extensive experience implementing intelligent enterprise systems, you will design and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions — applying deep business intelligence and data analytics expertise to financial services, banking, and enterprise clients across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for financial services and enterprise clients
• Apply specialist AI and data consultancy expertise to business intelligence implementation across multiple industries
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and financial data modelling frameworks
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams on BI requirements and data accuracy
• Implement data models, calculated measures, and performance-optimized Power BI solutions for enterprise clients
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics reports
• Produce ad-hoc analytical reports and executive dashboards for senior client and leadership review
• Stay current on Power BI platform developments and enterprise business intelligence best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Power BI Developer experience with strong DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data modelling skills
• Experience implementing intelligent BI solutions for financial services, banking, or enterprise clients
• AI and data consultancy background with multiple industry BI implementation experience — preferred
• Microsoft Power BI certification (PL-300 or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills for enterprise and financial services intelligence delivery
• Abu Dhabi or UAE business intelligence consulting experience preferred
