Job Title: Senior Partnership Manager – FX/CFD

Job Description: The Senior Partnership Manager is a commercially driven role with end-to-end ownership of the partnerships function — driving strategic growth, acquiring new IBs and affiliates, managing partner performance, and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and dealing teams to scale the partnership business.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of IBs and affiliates with clear accountability for deposits, trading volume, and revenue
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing partners; actively manage underperforming partners and re-engage dormant accounts
  • Source and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners; own the onboarding journey through to first deposit/first trade
  • Ensure partners are commercially and operationally set up for success from day one
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and dealing teams to deliver partner-facing improvements including platform enhancements, promotional materials, and support services
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements
  • Represent ThinkMarkets at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across MENA and beyond
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor partnership programmes and identify new business development angles

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, IB relationship management, or business development within an FX/CFD broker or trading platform
  • Strong understanding of IB networks, affiliate marketing, and partnership-driven acquisition models in the FX/CFD space
  • Commercial acumen with track record of delivering deposit, volume, and revenue growth from a partner portfolio
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Existing network of IB and affiliate relationships in MENA and/or broader EM markets is a significant advantage
  • Experience using CRM and partner management tools for pipeline tracking and performance reporting
