Job Title: Senior Manager Finance – Payments, Revenue & Reconciliation

Job Description: As a Senior Manager of Finance at a technology and digital services company, you will provide financial, accounting, and administrative services — ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payment processing, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies for a commercially active UAE technology and digital payments organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial, accounting, and administrative services ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payments
• Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies across financial operations
• Lead the finance function — accounting, payment processing, revenue reconciliation, and compliance
• Manage accounts receivable and revenue assurance across technology platform payment operations
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all technology company financial operations
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports, and reconciliation analytics for leadership
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams on payment processing and financial management
• Drive continuous improvement of payment reconciliation, revenue assurance, and accounting workflows

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Manager Finance experience with payments, revenue reconciliation, and technology background
• Strong payment processing management, revenue assurance, and accounts receivable oversight skills
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance expertise for technology and digital payments operations
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for senior finance manager mandate
• Excellent leadership, reconciliation management, and senior technology stakeholder communication
• GCC technology or digital payments senior finance management experience strongly preferred
