Job Title: Senior Manager, Retail Recovery Control

Job Description: As a QNB3793-Senior Manager, Retail Recovery Control (Qatarization) at a major regional bank, you will lead the management of delinquent retail customer collections, set recovery and restructuring strategies, coordinate legal and external-agency activity, and improve operational controls to minimize overdue credit exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead retail recovery-control activities for delinquent customer portfolios
• Develop and oversee collection, restructuring, escalation, and recovery strategies
• Monitor overdue exposure, recovery performance, account trends, and operational effectiveness
• Guide teams handling customer engagement, payment commitments, and restructuring arrangements
• Coordinate complex cases with legal teams, external agencies, and relevant bank functions
• Ensure recovery activities comply with internal policies, approved authorities, and applicable requirements
• Review management information and recommend actions to improve recovery outcomes
• Strengthen recovery processes, controls, productivity, and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications Needed:

• This position is designated for Qatarization as stated in the published title
• Senior experience in retail collections, recovery control, credit risk, or related banking operations
• Strong knowledge of delinquent-credit management, restructuring, and recovery strategies
• Experience leading teams and coordinating legal or external recovery stakeholders
• Ability to interpret recovery metrics and drive operational improvement
• Strong leadership, negotiation, governance, and senior stakeholder communication skills
