Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – Card Issuing Platform

Job Description: As a Senior Full Stack Developer at a fintech company building card issuing and payments infrastructure, you will join VaultsPay’s engineering team to build and scale the technical platform underpinning modern payment card programmes — applying senior full stack engineering expertise to a fast-growing fintech enabling frictionless payment programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the technical platform underpinning modern payment card programmes at a fintech company
• Design and implement high-quality full stack features across backend APIs and frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams on engineering delivery and platform architecture
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices for a regulated fintech environment
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering quality standards and technical best practices
• Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization for production fintech platform systems
• Produce technical documentation, architecture specifications, and engineering knowledge base contributions
• Stay current on full stack engineering developments and apply best practices to card issuing platform delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Full Stack Developer experience with strong backend and frontend engineering skills
• Experience building production-grade fintech or payments platform applications at scale
• Strong proficiency in modern backend frameworks and JavaScript/TypeScript frontend technologies
• Understanding of card issuing, payment processing, and regulated fintech engineering requirements
• Excellent collaborative and code quality skills for high-performance fintech engineering teams
• UAE or GCC fintech engineering experience preferred
