Job Title: Senior Fraud Investigator

Job Description: As a Senior Fraud Investigator, you will lead complex fraud investigations, improve detection controls, and mentor junior investigators for a leading FinTech-Payments company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex fraud investigations, including large-scale merchant fraud and network attacks.
• Improve fraud detection controls, rules, and monitoring systems.
• Mentor and guide junior investigators in investigation techniques and case management.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of fraud investigation experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and investigative techniques.
• Proven track record of leading complex investigations and improving fraud controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
