Job Title: Fraud Investigator

Job Description: As a Fraud Investigator, you will investigate suspicious transactions and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention controls for a leading FinTech-Payments company in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate suspicious transactions, merchant fraud, and account takeover cases.
• Conduct detailed transaction analysis to identify fraud patterns and root cause.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to strengthen fraud prevention controls.
• Prepare investigation reports, case files, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of fraud investigation, risk, or financial crime experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection tools, transaction monitoring systems, and payment processes.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
