Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Digital Assets & Infrastructure (FP&A)

Job Description: As a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Digital Assets and Infrastructure FP&A, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated financial analysis, modelling, and reporting in support of a multi-business digital assets and financial infrastructure group. You will develop and maintain integrated financial models across digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure business lines — evaluating revenue models, cost structures, and profitability improvement opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial frameworks and integrated models for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure business lines
• Evaluate revenue models, cost structures, and profitability improvement opportunities across business units
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to incorporate operational, market, and liquidity risks into financial planning
• Conduct variance analysis and business unit performance reviews against budgets and strategic plans
• Prepare detailed Board-level financial reporting and investor-facing financial presentations
• Support new venture financial planning — drafting business plans, market entry analyses, and regulatory financial submissions
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial performance metrics across the digital assets and infrastructure group
• Provide actionable financial insights to support capital allocation, pricing decisions, and profitability improvement

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven senior financial analyst or FP&A experience within a digital assets, fintech, or financial infrastructure business
• Strong integrated financial modelling skills across digital asset exchange, brokerage, custody, payments, or infrastructure operations
• Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and technology teams on financial planning assumptions
• Deep Excel and financial modelling proficiency; experience with BI tools for performance reporting preferred
• Understanding of digital asset market dynamics, crypto business models, and regulatory financial reporting requirements
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
