Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Finance Manager for IFRS Reporting, Disclosures, and Technical Accounting at a UAE organization, you will apply deep IFRS expertise and technical accounting knowledge — leading group financial reporting, complex disclosure management, and technical accounting advisory for a professionally managed UAE organization with multi-entity reporting obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep IFRS expertise and technical accounting knowledge to financial reporting leadership
• Lead group financial reporting — consolidated statements, disclosure notes, and technical accounting guidance
• Manage complex technical accounting issues — IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IFRS 17 implementation advisory
• Develop and maintain IFRS-compliant reporting frameworks and technical accounting policy documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors on technical accounting queries, disclosure reviews, and sign-off
• Produce senior technical accounting advisory and IFRS disclosure management information for leadership
• Ensure UAE securities regulatory filing compliance for listed entities with external disclosure obligations
• Monitor IASB IFRS standard updates for technical accounting impact assessment and policy updates

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Finance Manager experience with IFRS reporting, disclosures, and technical accounting background
• Deep IFRS expertise — IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17, and complex disclosure management — required
• Strong external audit management, technical accounting advisory, and group reporting skills
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required for senior IFRS reporting mandate
• Excellent technical accounting communication and senior finance stakeholder management skills
• GCC multi-entity or listed company IFRS reporting and technical accounting experience strongly preferred
