Job Title: Senior Finance Manager – Fintech

Job Description: As a Senior Finance Manager in the fintech sector for a Bahrain-based organization, you will oversee the financial health of the organization and implement strategies to drive financial growth and sustainability. You will develop financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports and forecasts for senior management, and manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, and tax functions. This role is central to leading the finance function in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, and tax functions
• Oversee financial audits and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and achieve organizational goals
• Drive strategic financial initiatives and lead the finance team

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance management role
• Experience working in multinational corporations or financial services industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives
