Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

Job Description: The Senior Compliance Manager will lead compliance operations, oversee regulatory adherence, and manage the company’s compliance framework within the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage compliance operations for OKX’s Dubai and MENA operations
• Ensure ongoing adherence to applicable regulations across relevant digital asset frameworks
• Oversee AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring compliance programs
• Monitor regulatory, fintech, and industry developments to keep the compliance framework current
• Manage overdue compliance issues, regulatory reporting, and internal controls
• Collaborate with legal, product, engineering, and operations to embed compliance into business processes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior compliance team members

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in compliance management within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services
• Deep knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks applicable in the UAE and broader MENA region (e.g., VARA, DFSA)
• Proven experience managing AML/KYC programs at a senior level
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, cross-border environment
