Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst – AML Special Investigations

Job Description: Conduct in-depth investigations of complex AML cases at OKX in Dubai. Analyse blockchain data to identify potential illicit activities, collaborate with external partners and law enforcement agencies, and support team training and knowledge sharing in a leading crypto exchange’s compliance function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth investigations of complex AML cases, analysing blockchain data to identify potential illicit activities such as money laundering and other financial crimes
• Collaborate with external partners including law enforcement agencies and blockchain analytics firms
• Evaluate AML transaction monitoring requirements and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments
• Support team training, knowledge sharing, and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Assess suspicious activities, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and support risk management
• Utilise blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Solidus Labs) to trace and investigate transactions
• Maintain rigorous adherence to BSA/AML regulations and crypto compliance best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AML investigation processes and frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in AML investigations, financial crime compliance, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency protocols
• Experience in AML transaction monitoring, investigations, and financial crimes detection
• Proficiency with blockchain analytics and transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Solidus Labs) preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CAMS or CFCS preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in a multinational environment
