Job Title: Senior Analytics Manager – Banking Data Solutions

Job Description: As a Senior Analytics Manager at a data analytics and banking solutions company, you will work with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand challenges — identifying opportunities to make data-driven banking solutions. You will apply senior analytics leadership expertise to develop and deliver data-driven insights for banking clients across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand challenges and identify data-driven banking solution opportunities
• Lead data analytics and business intelligence initiatives for banking and financial services clients
• Develop and maintain senior-level analytics frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven banking solutions
• Train and guide junior analysts in tools, processes, and quality standards for banking analytics
• Conduct advanced data analysis — producing actionable business intelligence for banking client decision-making
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Banking Operations teams on analytics platform development
• Produce senior analytics reports and data-driven strategic recommendations for banking leadership
• Stay current on banking data analytics innovations and apply cutting-edge techniques to client solutions

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Analytics Manager experience with banking data solutions expertise
• Strong data analytics, business intelligence, and banking data platform management skills
• Ability to train and guide junior analysts in tools, processes, and quality standards
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills
• Understanding of UAE and GCC banking data requirements and analytics regulatory standards
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for banking intelligence delivery
