Job Title: Senior AcI Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior AI Product Manager for a B2C digital-first platform spanning telco, fintech, and e-commerce, you will be responsible for driving AI/ML product strategy and leading end-to-end AI project delivery — applying 6–8 years of experience in product management, growth analytics, or AI/ML product roles within digital-first B2C environments to build a product that meaningfully improves the lives of consumers across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI/ML product strategy and lead end-to-end AI project delivery for a digital-first B2C platform
• Apply 6–8 years of experience in product management, growth analytics, or AI/ML product roles within digital-first B2C environments (telco, fintech, e-commerce)
• This role requires a strong mix of technical knowledge in AI/MLOps and proven project leadership skills
• Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end — from concept through deployment — integrating AI capabilities into digital product features
• Experience with Telco and/or Fintech industries including fraud detection, risk scoring, digital banking, or telecom analytics — advantageous
• Conduct product discovery, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact AI product opportunities
• Define product success metrics for AI features and track performance through analytics and user feedback
• Communicate AI product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and technical teams

Qualifications Needed:

• 6–8 years in product management, growth analytics, or AI/ML product roles within digital-first B2C environments — required
• Strong mix of technical knowledge in AI/MLOps and proven project leadership skills — required
• Experience with Telco and/or Fintech industries including fraud detection, risk scoring, or digital banking — advantageous
• Fluent in English; French is a plus for international team engagement
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product development, model lifecycle, and AI feature deployment
