Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description: As a skilled Accountant with strong Inventory Management experience at a trading company, you will handle full accounting functions — applying comprehensive accounting expertise to inventory reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance for a professionally managed UAE trading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full accounting functions — bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance — for a trading company
• Apply strong inventory management experience to inventory reconciliation and cost tracking
• Process accounting transactions — AP/AR entries, bank reconciliations, and journal postings accurately
• Conduct inventory reconciliation — matching physical counts, system records, and cost accounting
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all trading company financial operations
• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership review
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams on inventory and financial management
• Support external audit preparation and regulatory compliance for the trading organization

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Accountant experience with strong inventory management expertise — required for trading mandate
• Strong full accounting functions — bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance expertise for trading company financial operations
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for inventory reconciliation and cost accounting management
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred for senior trading accountant mandate
• GCC trading company or inventory-intensive business senior accountant experience strongly preferred
