Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Description: The Salesforce Developer will build and maintain Salesforce applications — developing custom Apex code, Lightning components, integrations, and automation workflows that support IC Markets’ commercial and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions including custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and automation flows
• Integrate Salesforce with IC Markets’ trading platforms, back-office systems, and third-party APIs using REST/SOAP integrations
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations — improving performance, reliability, and user experience
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards across Salesforce development
• Support Salesforce platform administration including user management, profiles, permissions, and data governance
• Document Salesforce architecture, integrations, and development standards
• Stay current on Salesforce platform releases and identify opportunities to leverage new features

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, and platform events)
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or forex/CFD environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
