Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Forex / CFD

Job Description: As a Sales Team Leader for a globally established Forex and CFD brokerage, you will be responsible for leading frontline sales execution — coaching and managing sales staff, building and developing the sales team, and driving client acquisition and trading volume targets across the UAE and MENA markets. You will apply proven direct sales and partner channel management experience to lead a high-performing brokerage sales operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead frontline sales execution — coaching and managing sales staff across a Forex and CFD brokerage sales team
• Build and develop the sales team — recruiting, onboarding, and developing individual sales capability
• Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB (Introducing Broker) channels — required
• Drive client acquisition and trading volume targets through team leadership and performance management
• Set individual and team sales targets — conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Monitor sales team pipeline health, conversion rates, and commercial KPIs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Dealing, and Compliance teams on sales campaign execution and regulatory compliance
• Report on team commercial performance and strategic market insights to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven sales team leadership experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services brokerage environments
• Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB channels — required
• Track record of leading high-performing brokerage sales teams and achieving commercial targets
• Strong coaching, performance management, and sales development skills
• Understanding of UAE Forex and CFD regulatory requirements and client servicing standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder engagement
