Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Fintech

Job Description: Looking for a Sales Team Leader for a fintech client in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in sales leadership within the fintech sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets — leading a fintech sales team in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fintech sales team — setting performance expectations, coaching team members, and driving commercial results
• Own the team’s sales targets and pipeline — ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across the fintech platform’s target market segments in the UAE
• Coach and develop individual sales team members through regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and skills training
• Build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the sales team on key accounts
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams on sales enablement, lead quality, and go-to-market execution
• Monitor sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and commercial KPIs — reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Recruit and onboard new sales team members as the business scales

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong background in sales leadership within the fintech sector — required
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a fintech or financial services sales team
• Experience managing and developing direct sales teams in a high-performance, target-driven environment
• Deep understanding of UAE fintech market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Excellent coaching, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage for UAE market engagement
