Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Manager for Short Cycle Services at a globally established railway and transportation engineering company, you will apply a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field — meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins — identifying new market opportunities for a globally recognized transportation infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins and identifying new market opportunities
• Apply Engineering, Business, or related degree to short cycle services sales leadership mandate
• Identify and develop new short cycle service sales opportunities across engineering and transportation clients
• Present services portfolio and maintenance solutions to transportation infrastructure decision-makers
• Lead the full sales cycle — prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and commercial closure for service contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly short cycle service sales and margin targets through consistent performance
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Delivery teams on service contract execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor GCC transportation, infrastructure, and maintenance services market for strategic intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field — required for this Sales Manager mandate
• Proven Sales Manager experience with short cycle services, engineering, or infrastructure sales background
• Strong sales pipeline management, margin maintenance, and new market opportunity development skills
• Understanding of transportation engineering, infrastructure maintenance, and service contract dynamics
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and engineering client stakeholder management skills
• GCC or global transportation infrastructure or engineering services sales management experience preferred
