Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive specializing in Islamic Banking Credit Card sales at a UAE banking brokerage, you will ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and guidelines — applying understanding of Islamic finance to promote and sell Sharia-compliant credit card products. This is a full-cycle banking sales role for professionals passionate about Islamic finance and client-facing credit product advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and guidelines in all credit card sales activities
• Promote and sell Sharia-compliant credit card products to prospective UAE clients
• Apply understanding of Islamic banking principles to credit card product advisory and client engagement
• Build and maintain a strong Islamic banking credit card client acquisition pipeline
• Conduct client needs assessments — identifying appropriate Sharia-compliant credit card solutions
• Process credit card applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and Sharia compliance documentation requirements are met
• Meet monthly Islamic banking credit card acquisition targets through consistent commercial activity
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional, ethical, and Sharia-compliant financial advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Understanding of Islamic banking principles — required for this Islamic credit card sales role
• UAE banking or financial services sales experience preferred; freshers with interest in Islamic finance welcome
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship-building skills for Sharia-compliant credit product sales
• Basic understanding of banking products and liabilities — credit cards and Islamic financing instruments
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE Islamic banking client engagement
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for Islamic finance and banking sales
