Job Title: Relationship Manager – SME

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager for Small and Medium Enterprises at a fintech and digital debt platform, you will manage and grow SME client relationships — supporting SME businesses across bond issuance, investments, lending, and financial solutions through a platform that is shaking up the traditional debt ecosystem and offering multiple innovative financial products for institutional and retail participants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow SME client relationships across bond issuance, investments, lending, and financial solutions
• Support SME businesses in accessing innovative financial products through a platform disrupting the traditional debt ecosystem
• Conduct regular client reviews — presenting platform capabilities, performance, and financial solutions for SME needs
• Identify and develop new SME client opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
• Present fintech platform products to SME finance directors, CFOs, and business owners across Dubai
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE financial services regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and platform standards
• Build and maintain strong SME client relationships through professional advisory and responsive service
• Report on SME portfolio performance and pipeline activity for senior management review

Qualifications Needed:

• Fluent Arabic speaker — required for UAE SME client relationship management
• Proven SME relationship management or banking advisory experience within a fintech or banking environment
• Understanding of SME financial needs — lending, bond issuance, and investment products
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for SME audience engagement
• Target-driven approach with genuine interest in fintech and innovative debt platform solutions
• Arabic and English communication skills for Dubai SME market engagement
