Job Title: Relationship Manager – Priority Banking.

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager for Priority Banking at a market leader across the MENAT region, you will spearhead the acquisition of new client relationships within the Priority Banking segment while nurturing and expanding existing ones — applying deep retail banking and investment advisory expertise to drive AUM growth and client satisfaction for a bank serving over 9 million customers across 13 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the acquisition of new client relationships within the Priority Banking segment
• Nurture and expand existing Priority Banking client relationships through proactive financial advisory
• Grow investment assets under management by identifying investment opportunities and driving investment-related income
• Manage client investment accounts — preparing CIP/IPS documents, monitoring investment profiles, and ensuring trades are properly executed
• Cross-sell banking products across investments, credit, FX, and bancassurance for Priority Banking clients
• Ensure all Priority Banking activities comply with UAE banking regulations and investment suitability requirements
• Achieve monthly and annual AUM growth, revenue, and Priority Banking client acquisition targets
• Build and maintain senior client relationships through exceptional advisory and personalized banking service

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Relationship Manager experience in Priority or Preferred Banking with strong UAE HNW client portfolio
• Track record spearheading new Priority Banking client acquisition and deepening existing client relationships
• Deep understanding of investment products — equities, fixed income, funds, and structured products for Priority clients
• Excellent client-facing communication, advisory, and relationship management skills
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment advisory qualification preferred
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE Priority Banking client engagement
