Job Title: Relationship Manager – Digital Wealth & Investment Platform

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager for a digital wealth and investment platform in Dubai, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships with retail and mass-affluent investors — helping them access sophisticated investment solutions through a technology-first wealth management platform. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor driving client activation, engagement, and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage client relationships with retail and mass-affluent investors on a digital wealth and investment platform
• Help clients access sophisticated investment solutions through a technology-first wealth management platform
• Conduct client financial needs assessments and develop tailored investment recommendations
• Drive client activation, engagement, and portfolio growth through proactive relationship management
• Present investment products and platform features to clients across digital and in-person channels
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE investment regulatory requirements, KYC/AML, and suitability standards
• Identify and develop new client relationships through referrals, community engagement, and platform outreach
• Collect client feedback and advocate for product improvements to the platform team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven relationship management or wealth management experience — ideally within a digital investment or fintech platform
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and UAE retail investment regulatory requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• UAE financial services regulatory compliance knowledge including KYC, suitability, and AML
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE retail investor engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent financial advisory qualification preferred
