Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Description: As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst in a UAE Nationals-only role at a fintech, consumer finance, or payments organization, you will apply 0–2 years of regulatory compliance experience — with a good understanding of the UAE regulatory landscape for payments, lending, consumer finance, and fintech — to regulatory compliance delivery and reporting for a GCC-regulated financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 0–2 years of regulatory compliance experience to fintech, consumer finance, or payments compliance
• Apply good understanding of UAE regulatory landscape — particularly payments, lending, consumer finance, and fintech
• Apply familiarity with CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT obligations, and consumer protection standards to compliance
• Review information, identify compliance gaps, and support regulatory reporting with strong analytical skills
• Ensure accuracy and traceability in all compliance documentation and regulatory reporting activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Arabic and English with internal teams and regulators
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support compliance requirements across the organization
• Monitor UAE CBUAE regulatory developments for continuous compliance programme enhancement

Qualifications Needed:

• 0–2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance — ideally within FinTech, Consumer Finance, Banking, or Payments — required
• UAE National (Emirati) — this role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals
• Good understanding of UAE regulatory landscape — payments, lending, consumer finance, and fintech — required
• Familiarity with CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT obligations, and consumer protection expectations — advantage
• Arabic and English language skills — required for internal team and regulator engagement
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills for regulatory compliance delivery
