Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Regional Operations Manager for its FinTech/SaaS business in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, expanding the company’s presence in the Middle East (particularly in the UAE), and leading high-level operational management of regional fintech and SaaS operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives and expand Aqovia’s presence in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE
• Lead high-level operational management of regional fintech and SaaS operations across the Middle East
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance across all UAE activities
• Manage regional client relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery for fintech and SaaS clients
• Partner with global Aqovia leadership on regional strategy, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans
• Build and develop the UAE operational team, driving performance and capability
• Monitor and report on regional operational KPIs, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in operations management within a FinTech or SaaS business in the Middle East
• Proven track record driving strategic initiatives and expanding fintech or SaaS presence in the UAE
• Strong operational leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional regional teams
• Deep understanding of the UAE fintech and technology market landscape
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments including financial services, fintech, and large enterprises preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic preferred
