Job Title: Head of Operations – Remote, Fintech Scale

Job Description: As Head of Operations at a globally established fintech serving 75+ million customers, you will apply problem-solving-at-scale expertise — leading the operations function across a globally scaling fintech organization with full remote working capability for a globally recognized digital banking and fintech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Apply problem-solving-at-scale expertise to operations leadership for a globally established fintech
• Lead the operations function across a globally scaling fintech serving 75+ million customers
• Define and execute operations strategy — scalable processes, efficiency metrics, and cross-functional governance
• Drive operational excellence across fintech product verticals, geographies, and customer service functions
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams on operational strategy delivery
• Produce operations leadership reports and management information for senior leadership and Board review
• Build and develop the operations leadership team with accountability and high-growth culture
• Monitor global fintech operations best practices and regulatory developments for strategy improvement

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Operations experience with fintech scale or globally distributed technology organization
• Strong problem-solving-at-scale, operational strategy, and cross-functional governance skills
• Deep understanding of global fintech operational dynamics — payments, digital banking, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, remote team management, and senior fintech stakeholder communication
• Self-directed, high-ownership approach for 100% remote globally distributed fintech operations mandate
• GCC or global fintech or digital banking Head of Operations experience strongly preferred
