Job Title: Regional Finance Manager – Real Estate & Construction

Job Description: As a Regional Finance Manager at a globally established food delivery and commerce platform’s finance organization, you will apply senior commercial finance and business partnering expertise to regional finance operations — supporting financial planning, management reporting, and operational finance delivery across GCC market operations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior commercial finance and business partnering expertise to regional finance operations
• Support financial planning, management reporting, and operational finance delivery across GCC markets
• Act as strategic business partner to Regional Operations and Commercial leadership across GCC markets
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for commerce platform financial performance
• Ensure UAE and applicable regional VAT and corporate tax compliance across GCC financial operations
• Produce regional management accounts, financial analysis, and performance dashboards for leadership
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams on regional financial management
• Drive continuous improvement of regional financial operations and reporting across GCC market entities

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Regional Finance Manager or Senior Finance Business Partner experience in commerce or technology
• Strong commercial finance business partnering, regional management reporting, and analytics expertise
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required for regional finance manager mandate
• Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination, and senior stakeholder management for regional finance
• Deep understanding of UAE and GCC regulatory financial compliance for technology or commerce operations
• GCC commerce, food delivery, or technology regional finance management experience strongly preferred
