Job Title: Product Owner (Crypto)

Job Description:The Product Owner (Crypto) will own the crypto product roadmap for the UAE market — balancing global product capabilities with local regulatory requirements (VARA) and user needs, driving features that expand Revolut’s crypto offering for UAE and MENA customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for Revolut’s crypto offering in the UAE — balancing global product capabilities with local VARA regulatory requirements
• Define product strategy, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics for the UAE crypto product
• Work with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Data teams to build and ship crypto product features
• Conduct user research and data analysis to understand UAE and MENA crypto user needs and behaviors
• Ensure all crypto product features comply with VARA regulations and UAE financial services requirements
• Partner with the global Revolut Crypto product team to localize global features for the MENA market
• Drive adoption and engagement of Revolut’s crypto products among UAE customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VARA and other UAE regulators on crypto product developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product management experience with exposure to crypto, digital assets, or blockchain products
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency products including spot trading, staking, DeFi, and wallet functionality
• Understanding of VARA regulatory framework for virtual assets in Dubai preferred
• Strong data-driven approach to product decisions with experience in metrics and experimentation
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering excellent user experiences
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth global fintech or tech company
