Job Title: Product Manager – Risk & Collections

Job Description: The Product Manager will define and execute the product strategy for risk decisioning tools, collection workflows, and customer communication journeys — balancing portfolio protection with customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for Tamara’s risk decisioning and collections technology
  • Define and prioritize features for automated collection workflows, payment plan tools, and customer re-engagement journeys
  • Partner with Collections Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and Risk teams to build and iterate on risk and collections products
  • Conduct user research with collections agents and customers to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Use data and metrics to measure product performance across collection rates, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure product features comply with SAMA regulatory requirements for consumer credit collections
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Legal, and Finance on collections process design
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external collections partners and service providers

Qualifications Needed:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to risk, collections, or fintech lending products
  • Understanding of consumer credit lifecycle including delinquency management, collections strategy, and customer rehabilitation
  • Data-driven product mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with collections workflows, payment plans, or debt management products preferred
  • Arabic language skills preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
  • Understanding of SAMA consumer credit regulatory framework is a strong advantage
