Job Title: Product Governance & Policy Documentation Specialist – Banking

Job Description: As a Product Governance and Policy Documentation Specialist, you will ensure that all banking products comply with regulatory requirements including CBUAE guidelines — developing, maintaining, and governing product policy documentation for a UAE banking institution. You will apply strong documentation, governance, and regulatory knowledge to a critical role that safeguards product compliance across the full banking product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all banking products comply with regulatory requirements including CBUAE guidelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product policy documentation for the UAE banking institution’s full product suite
• Build and govern product governance frameworks — reviewing product changes, new product approvals, and policy updates
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams on product governance and regulatory compliance
• Produce clear, well-structured product policy documentation in line with CBUAE and applicable regulatory standards
• Support product launch processes — conducting regulatory compliance reviews and policy documentation for new products
• Monitor CBUAE regulatory developments and update product policy documentation accordingly
• Conduct policy training and awareness activities for product, sales, and operations teams

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product governance or compliance policy documentation experience within a UAE banking institution
• Deep understanding of CBUAE regulatory guidelines and UAE banking product compliance requirements
• Strong technical writing and policy documentation skills for regulatory-grade product governance
• Excellent attention to detail for comprehensive, audit-ready policy documentation
• Understanding of banking product design, regulatory requirements, and compliance governance frameworks
• Relevant compliance or banking qualification preferred
