Job Title: Processor – Account Maintenance

Job Description: As an Account Maintenance Processor at a leading UAE banking technology and IT solutions company, you will process forms on core banking systems — including SigCap, CRM, and other bank systems — performing technical and signature verification of forms and supporting documents for a major UAE banking client’s account maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process forms on core banking systems — SigCap, CRM, and other bank systems — accurately and on time
• Perform technical and signature verification of forms and supporting documents for account maintenance
• Manage end-to-end account maintenance operations — account updates, amendments, and document processing
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Branch teams on account maintenance requirements
• Ensure all account maintenance activities comply with UAE banking regulations and internal banking policies
• Maintain accurate account maintenance records and documentation for regulatory audit and compliance review
• Produce account maintenance processing reports and management information for banking operations leadership
• Support continuous improvement of account maintenance processes and core banking system operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Processor or Account Maintenance Specialist experience within a UAE banking institution or consultancy
• Proficiency with core banking systems — SigCap, CRM, Finacle, Flexcube, or equivalent platforms
• Strong technical and signature verification skills for banking form and document processing accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for high-volume banking operations processing
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE banking operations team and client engagement
• UAE banking operations or core banking system processing experience strongly preferred
