Job Title: PMO Officer – Banking Domain

Job Description: As a PMO Officer in the Banking Domain at a banking and technology consultancy in Dubai, you will support the bank’s enterprise PMO operating model — providing governance, reporting, and delivery controls across all business and technology programmes for a major UAE banking client’s enterprise programme management function.

Responsibilities:

• Support the bank’s enterprise PMO operating model — providing governance, reporting, and delivery controls
• Maintain PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and programme performance reporting
• Track programme and project deliverables — monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio
• Coordinate with various Technology, Business, and Operations teams on portfolio delivery performance
• Produce executive programme status reports and governance documentation for banking client leadership
• Support programme planning, resource allocation, and portfolio prioritization activities
• Ensure all PMO activities meet UAE banking regulatory and enterprise governance standards
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance tools, and delivery reporting frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven PMO Officer experience in banking domain programme governance and delivery controls
• Strong understanding of enterprise PMO operating models for major UAE banking institutions
• Excellent programme reporting, governance documentation, and delivery tracking skills
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory environment and enterprise project governance standards
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• UAE banking domain PMO experience strongly preferred
