Job Title: Paid Social Lead
Job Description: The Paid Social Lead will build and own Revolut’s paid social advertising function for the region — setting channel strategy, managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, and collaborating with Creative, Analytics, and Product Marketing teams to drive efficient customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Revolut’s paid social strategy for the MENA region across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand awareness
- Manage paid social budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Partner with the Creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative formats and messaging for the MENA audience
- Develop and maintain a rigorous testing framework for audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide regular reporting and insights to senior growth and marketing leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Performance teams to align paid social with broader growth objectives
- Stay current on paid social platform developments, features, and best practices across all relevant channels
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a fast-growth tech company
- Strong hands-on platform experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and equivalent platforms
- Data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization with strong analytical skills
- Experience with attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and growth marketing frameworks
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion funnel optimisation
- Familiarity with the MENA digital advertising landscape and consumer behaviour is strongly preferred
