Job Title: Paid Search Lead

Job Description: The Paid Search Lead will build and own Revolut’s search marketing function for the region — setting strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and keyword-driven acquisition channels, while working closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Revolut’s paid search strategy for the MENA region across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other search-driven channels
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid search campaigns to drive customer acquisition and product downloads at efficient CAC
  • Manage SEM budgets, bid strategies, keyword portfolios, and Quality Score optimisation
  • Develop and maintain rigorous A/B testing frameworks across ad copy, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies
  • Partner with the Analytics team to implement robust measurement, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for search performance
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to align search messaging with broader brand and product campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to competitor search activity, keyword opportunity, and market trends across the MENA digital landscape
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior growth and marketing leadership

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience in paid search / SEM management at scale, ideally within fintech, financial services, or fast-growth tech
  • Strong hands-on platform expertise across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads; Bing Ads experience is a plus
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and performance measurement skills
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and LTV-based bidding approaches
  • Understanding of the MENA search landscape, consumer search behaviour, and Arabic/English keyword strategy
  • Google Ads certification or equivalent preferred
