Job Title: Overseas Operations Manager (P2P)

Job Description:in markets across MENA, Africa, and Asia. The Overseas Operations Manager will grow and manage OKX’s P2P merchant ecosystem, develop market strategies, resolve operational disputes, and drive trading volume growth in target markets from the Dubai hub..

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale OKX’s P2P trading operations in overseas markets, with focus on MENA and other high-growth regions
• Recruit, onboard, and manage P2P merchant relationships to ensure liquidity, competitive pricing, and volume targets
• Develop and execute regional P2P market expansion strategies in collaboration with commercial and product teams
• Monitor P2P trading activity, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive resolution of disputes, appeals, and escalated cases
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to maintain P2P platform integrity and regulatory compliance
• Analyse P2P market performance data, generate operational insights, and produce reports for senior management
• Build relationships with local payment providers, banking partners, and community channels to support P2P ecosystem growth
• Stay current on regional regulatory requirements for P2P crypto trading and fiat-to-crypto access

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in P2P operations, marketplace operations, or fintech/crypto operations management
• Deep understanding of P2P crypto trading mechanics, merchant economics, and fiat-to-crypto payment flows
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with ability to drive volume growth through operational excellence
• Experience managing overseas market operations — MENA, Africa, or Asia-Pacific experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (strongly preferred for MENA market coverage)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth crypto exchange environment
