Job Title: Operations Officer – SME Financing

Job Description: Seeking an Operations Officer to support SME financing operations, including loan disbursal and ongoing loan management. The role coordinates with credit, sales, and finance teams across BankByChoice’s SME lending business.

Responsibilities:*

• Support SME financing operations including loan disbursal, ongoing loan management, and repayment processing
• Coordinate with credit, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end SME loan operations
• Manage loan documentation, onboarding files, and operational records for SME financing clients
• Monitor SME loan portfolio operations — tracking disbursements, repayments, and outstanding balances
• Liaise with SME clients on operational queries related to loan facilities and financing arrangements
• Ensure all SME financing operations comply with applicable UAE lending regulations and internal policies
• Prepare operational reports on SME financing activity for management review
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of SME financing operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in lending operations, loan administration, or SME financing within a fintech, bank, or financial services company
• Understanding of SME loan products, credit operations, and loan lifecycle management
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple operational tasks and client files accurately
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and SME client liaison
• Proficiency with financial operations systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of UAE SME lending regulations and compliance requirements preferred
