Job Title: Operations Manager – Revenue (Fintech)

Job Description: As an Operations Manager for Revenue at a globally established fintech company, you will be responsible for developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms — managing the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business as one of the key operational leaders given the most challenging mandates. You will drive revenue operations excellence for a fintech serving tens of millions of customers globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms for a globally established fintech
  • Manage the most complex, hard-to-solve operational problems — given to the Operations Manager for Revenue role
  • Drive revenue operations excellence — optimising commercial workflows, partner relationships, and operational processes that directly impact revenue
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Tech teams on revenue operations strategy and execution
  • Produce revenue operations performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Build and manage partnerships that support the fintech’s commercial growth and operational efficiency
  • Monitor fintech revenue operations market developments and identify new commercial partnership opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Significant operations or commercial leadership experience within a globally scaling fintech or technology company
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and negotiate complex commercial terms
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder operational challenges in a fast-scaling fintech environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills for senior fintech leadership engagement
