Job Title:  .Net Technology Lead

Job Description: The .Net Technology Lead will analyze requirements, design system features, build and maintain efficient .Net code, identify bottlenecks, contribute to architecture decisions, and lead development teams through the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:*

• Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net code by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development
• Contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Understand architecture requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities
• Lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards
• Implement CI/CD practices and participate in code reviews

Technical Stack:
.NET Frameworks, PostgreSQL, REST API, xUnit, nUnit, POSTMAN, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes

Qualifications Needed:

• 9+ years of relevant .Net development experience in production environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with .Net frameworks and backend development
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and REST API design and development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and participating in technical architecture decisions
• Experience in financial services, Forex/CFD, or trading platform environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, multi-environment systems
