Job Description: Shape Neonism’s digital footprint and enhance brand engagement across multiple platforms. Strategise and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition and product adoption for Neonism’s fintech and e-wallet services, blending creativity with analytical skills to optimise performance and foster community interaction.

Responsibilities:*

• Strategise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and product adoption for Neonism’s fintech and e-wallet services
• Enhance Neonism’s brand visibility and user engagement across social media and digital platforms
• Create and manage campaigns aimed at boosting user acquisition and product adoption
• Analyse campaign performance data and optimise for key metrics including conversion rates and engagement
• Foster community interaction and brand advocacy across Neonism’s digital channels
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing activities with product launches and business milestones
• Monitor fintech and digital payments market trends to inform campaign strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand management within a fintech or digital financial services environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
• Creativity combined with data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing social media, paid digital channels, and community management
• Familiarity with e-wallet, payments, or fintech products preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
