Job Title: Legal Counsel – PropTech & Real Estate Fintech

Job Description: As a Legal Counsel at a leading property technology company in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of real estate transactions, corporate governance, and fintech regulatory compliance — applying significant legal expertise to a fast-growing PropTech and real estate fintech platform operating in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of real estate transactions, corporate governance, and fintech regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documentation, corporate agreements, and fintech compliance materials
• Advise on Saudi Arabia SAMA, REGA (Real Estate General Authority), and CMA regulatory requirements
• Support corporate governance — Board documentation, entity maintenance, and regulatory filings for KSA entities
• Manage legal review of new PropTech and fintech product launches for regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, real estate advisors, and regulatory specialists on complex matters
• Build and maintain legal documentation, contract registers, and compliance records
• Monitor Saudi Arabia PropTech and real estate fintech legal and regulatory developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant legal experience with corporate governance, real estate transactions, and fintech regulatory compliance
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s real estate, PropTech, and fintech regulatory landscape
• Strong legal drafting, transaction management, and regulatory engagement skills for KSA market
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for Saudi real estate and fintech legal advisory
• Saudi Arabia legal market experience and familiarity with Vision 2030 real estate transformation preferred
