Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Description: As a Key Account Manager covering the Middle East, Africa, and India region, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with banking and financial institution clients — positioning a leading core banking and wealth management technology platform as the essential digital banking solution for regulated financial institutions across the region. You will draw on a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or financial technology to identify, develop, and close high-value strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with banking and financial institution clients across the Middle East, Africa, and India region
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value strategic accounts for a core banking and wealth management technology platform
  • Apply a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or financial technology
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with C-suite banking and technology decision-makers
  • Develop and execute regional account strategy — managing the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion, not cold calling
  • Monitor regional banking technology market developments and competitive landscape across MEA and India
  • Represent the platform at regional banking, fintech, and wealth management technology industry events

Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in the banking, wealth management, or financial technology (fintech) industry
  • Track record of building strategic key account relationships with regulated banking clients across the MEA region
  • Deep understanding of core banking, wealth management, and digital banking technology ecosystems
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong existing network among banking institutions and financial technology decision-makers in MEA preferred
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for MEA banking client engagement
