Job Title: Integration Technical Lead

Job Description: The Integration Technical Lead will architect the integration layer, design API frameworks, lead development of mission-critical connections, and ensure high reliability and performance across all integration touchpoints.

Responsibilities:*

• Design and lead development of integrations between trading platforms, CRM systems, back-office infrastructure, and third-party data and liquidity providers
• Architect scalable, reliable, and well-documented API frameworks (REST, FIX, WebSocket) for trading and financial data integration
• Lead a team of integration developers — providing technical direction, code review, and mentoring
• Ensure integration reliability, performance, and observability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response protocols
• Partner with Architecture, Product, and DevOps teams on infrastructure and deployment decisions for integration services
• Maintain integration documentation, runbooks, and technical standards
• Drive continuous improvement of integration patterns and platform quality

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of software engineering and integration experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architecture role
• Strong proficiency in integration patterns including REST APIs, FIX protocol, WebSocket, and event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating trading platforms (MT4/MT5, proprietary platforms), liquidity providers, or financial data feeds preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices
• Experience in fintech, forex/CFD, capital markets, or financial technology environments strongly preferred
